Undelivered Orders

In the event that an order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to us (e.g. loss in transit), a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

If the reason for the non-delivery is attributable to the customer, the refund will be deducted by the shipping and return costs.

Cancelled Orders

Orders can only be cancelled if payment has not yet been made and the order has not been processed.

Returns or Exchanges

As these are food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items that have already been delivered to the customer.
